"Our furnace died in the middle of a cold snap and I called around to the top rated heating places. Of course everyone was slammed but these guys squeezed me the day after I called. The owner came out and he was very nice. He told us we didn't need a new furnace and strongly encouraged us to keep it as long as possible since parts are readily available for our model. It needed a new motor and fortunately he had one at his shop. So he retrieved it and installed it right away! He also made an effort to save us money by saving a part that had rusted on the old motor but was still functional. He gave me some tips about selecting filters as well which was very helpful.  I really appreciated him getting the job done quickly and without trying to upsell. I would definitely call these guys for future furnace maintenance."
